Anyone can run a 10k as long as they train for it. Download these training guides and plans to help you get started.
Our main Running Club happens on Monday evenings, from 6.30pm to 7.30pm. Meeting on the Clifton Downs by the Water Tower, the group is led by our Running Guru, Paul Harrod, and is for runners of all abilities, from beginners to improvers.
Final Running Club is Monday March 18th, 6.30pm.
More experienced runners are more than welcome to come along for the group warm up and technique tips, and then go off in 2s and 3s and do your own run at your own pace. Don't worry if you didn't make the Launch Event. All Love Runners are welcome!
We've teamed up with the three major running shops in Bristol to offer all our runners exclusive discounts. Your Love Running membership entitles you to 10% discounts with 'Easy Runner' and 'Moti'.
